VARIANCE FORM TEMPLATES

When completing a Variance Request form, one of the things the Architectural and Landscaping Committees want you to do (when appropriate) is supply a drawing of the changes you want to make.  You now have some help.

Below you will find various templates to print out and use to draw out your proposed variance. No worries, don't need to be Picasso! The drawings are not-to-scale, but it still helps the Committees understand what changes/work you wish to do on your property.

You can label what kind of plants or trees you are wanting to remove and/or add. 

​

Pick the appropriate template for your villa. View it like you are standing in the street in front of your villa, so you will choose Left or Right depending on what is appropriate. You are not required to use these.  You may certainly do your own drawings or use design software.
